3 Bedroom House Plan

This is a modern, one-story house, perfectly suitable for a family of 3-4 people. The residents have at their disposal a spacious, well-lit living room where they can relax during the day with their family, it has been combined with a glazed dining bay, in which dining will be a real pleasure, and the partially covered terrace will provide a nice shade during sunny summer days.

Directly adjacent to the living room is an open kitchen, which can be separated by a partition wall if necessary.It has a practical pantry and space for additional cabinets or household appliances. We have three adjustable bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a toilet.
