3 Bedroom House Plan

This is a one-story house for a family of 4 people covered by a simple gable roof, with a non-usable attic, which can be adapted to the usable attic. The front elevation has been nicely varied by a corner entrance and a covered bay window of the kitchen.

The garden elevation is enriched by a wide exit door from the living room to the terrace, and an arcade above the part of the terrace. The whole shape of the building is simple but curiously composed. Traditional roofs, together with modern detail and materials.
