My product is a one bedroom house suitable for one person or a bachelor .The house is also suitable for servants like maids and shamba boys in urban areas.The house is very spacious and comfortable. MY ground floor plan comprises of  one bedroom,a kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.The house is very economical as it saves money and space mainly in an urban area.The house also comprises PDF format which can be downloaded together with elevations   for printing .The house is self contained and can also be used for rental houses mainly in urban areas for single occupants
