4 Bedroom House Plan

This is a 4 bedroom house plan. The full detailed architectural plan comes with the following;

1) A floor plan with rooms labelled and dimensioned.

2) House elevations which are the views from all the 4 sides of the house.

3) A house roofing plan.

4) Door and window details of the house which show the total number of doors and windows needed for the house. The details also show the dimensions required for the doors and windows.

5) A house section generated from the floor plan and it shows the foundation and floor slab details.

6) Sewer details of the house with the manholes connecting to the septic tank. That is, the sewer connection of the house.

7) General construction details and the client details. The client details section allows the client to write in their names and the name of the place they would like to build the house or the location for the proposed development.

The floor plan has the following rooms;
