How to use the Logbook

• Download the Logbook that is in Word (Doc)
• Before you print the report, replace the default logo, institution name, P.O Box, cell phone and email with your institution details
• Print logbook
• In page 4, add your names, admission number, faculty, and course of study, year of student, and name of company attached, name of industry supervisor, supervisor contact, and dates of attachment.
• In 5^th page, draw the organization chart
• Then start filling the logbook with daily work done

Ensure that the industry supervisor provides comment on the logbook at the end of each week
