Protecting our Customers

When a customer makes a purchase, the money goes to our account and not the seller’s account.

We hold the money in our account until the customer has received the product before releasing it to sellers. Buyers have up to 7 days to raise a complaint in case they do not receive a product they purchased. Read more about our refund policy.

Once you have completed placing your order, you will automatically and immediately receive it in your account. A confirmation message will also be sent to your email to indicate that the order is complete.
