This is a legal binding agreement between the Buyer/Customer and Muthurwa.com which is operated by Kyote Internet Group Limited.

When you purchase any music file from Muthurwa.com, you get a license that allows you to use the music in your video or project.

If you need a license that covers multiple projects or videos, please contact the seller or  muthurwa.com support team via support@muthurwa.com.

Customer License Agreement

This Customer License Agreement (“Agreement”) should be read together with our terms and conditions.
PURPOSE.

Muthurwa.com is authorized to grant certain rights on behalf of the artist(s) (S who own(s) the copyright (“Artist”) in and to (i) the sound recording(s) (“Master”) and, (ii) the underlying musical composition(s) (“Work”).

NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto, intending to be legally bound by the terms and conditions contained herein, hereby agree as follows:

AGREEMENT

You cannot:

1. You cannot Claim our music as your own after purchase unless you are the seller
2. You cannot make music, song or remix with music purchased from our site
3. You cannot resell/resale music purchased from muthurwa.com

Restrictions

1. Unauthorized synchronization use, copying, retail, hiring, lending, borrowing, broadcast and public performance of our music without personally purchasing a license is prohibited.
2. A license is applicable to one person or company only. Contact the seller and sign an agreement if you want to use the music for several clients’ projects

Ways through which you can use the Purchased Music

1. Personal videos uploaded on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vimeo, Blog, Website etc.
2. Videos of life events, such as weddings, Meetups e.t.c
3. Documentary productions
4. School Projects

Examples of how you can use the Music

1. You are making a video of your graduation and want background music/audio
2. You are making a documentary and want to use one of our audio as background music
3. You are making a personal video and want to use Muthurwa.com Music in the background
