3 Bedroom House Plan
The full detailed plan comes with the following;
1) A floor layout with rooms labelled and dimensioned.
2) House elevations from the north, south, east and west. The house elevations show how the house looks from all the 4 sides.
3) A house roofing plan. The roofing plan shows how the roof of the house will look.
4) Door and window details of the house. They describe the total number of doors and windows needed for the house and they also show the dimensions of each.
5) Sewer connection of the house. The plan shows the connection of the manholes to the septic tank. The manholes receive waste water from the kitchen, toilets and bathrooms and they guide it to the septic tank.
6) A house section. The house section just gives more detail about the house in erect form. Just like the floor layout gives detail of the house horizontally, the section gives details of the house vertically. That is the foundation, floor slab, walls and the roof. The section also shows the dimensions of each.
7) General construction details and the clients details. The clients details involve their names and the name of the place where they intend to build the house or the location for the proposed development.
The floor layout of the house has the following rooms;
- A master bedroom.
- Bedrooms 1 and 2.
- A kitchen.
- A dining area.
- Sitting room or living room.
- Toilet and bathroom.
