Overview

This floor plan shows an ideal and highly efficient floor plan for designing a 2-bedroom single-story house, particularly perfect for a small family or couple, with a built-up area of approximately 1,000 square feet, as shown in the floor plan’s title block. The combined living-dining area is approximately 350-400 square feet, allowing social gatherings without a huge footprint. 2. Second Bedroom Right/Northeast: This is similarly sized, mirroring the master, at 3.000 mm wide by 3,500 mm deep, at approximately 100 square feet. This includes a similar wardrobe configuration against the east wall, northward bed placement, and north-facing window for ventilation.
